Located on Ship Street, in the heart of The Lanes, our Brighton restaurant is within a short distance of all of the city’s major attractions, including Brighton Beach and the Pier. The restaurant occupies the ground and first floor of a charming townhouse, with plenty of character. The ground floor room has wooden panelling and oak floor boards; it opens up at the back, past the marble bar, to reveal skylights filled with hanging plants and banquettes covered in deep turquoise leather. The first floor is divided into two cosy, smaller rooms - the front room, overlooking Ship Street, has vintage furniture and hanging plants; the back room has leather banquette seating and a calm ambience. The menu at Flat Iron Brighton includes all our usual suspects: the signature Flat Iron steak and sides of beef dripping chips, crisp bone marrow garlic mash and creamed spinach.
